Dining at Rosedon
Rosedon renovated the entire main house inside and out in early 2017 and introduced a new restaurant ‘Huckleberry’ ~ a nod to Mark Twain.
Executive Chef Lucy Collins, heads a team of professionals with experience in some of the finest New York, Italian and Charleston restaurants. Chef Lucy showcases local ingredients in a variety of custom-crafted dishes inspired by Bermudian, Southern and Mediterranean influences… Mark Twain would love to ‘loaf’ here!
Our food starts with the best quality ingredients; consciously sourced, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. Organic, hormone-free and free range wherever possible. We use Non GMO Canola Oil, organic stone-ground flours, no MSG & all natural meats. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions ahead of your stay.
The restaurant is open for all to enjoy, with 2 indoor dining rooms each accommodating 14-16 people, and additional seating on the front porch. The restaurant is quickly becoming an island favorite, so please be sure to book your reservations in advance! As a hotel guest, rest assured that you are exclusively able to order the same menu for delivery to your room, for dining on your patio or by the pool.
