Lauren’s Butter Cookies
1 cup (1/2 lb) Butter
1 cup Icing Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat the oven 375 degrees F
In a medium bowl, cream together butter, sugar and add vanilla
Gradually add flour if batter is real soft refrigerate for 20-30mins.
Place in cookie press and press out desired shapes on to cookie sheet
Bake until golden brown and edges are lightly toasted. Cool on baking sheet for few minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
