BREAKFAST

All breakfasts served with Organic (when available) fresh squeezed Orange Juice, Devil’s Isle Coffee or Tea Forte.

Two Eggs served Your Way served with Applewood smoked bacon or two all natural pork sausages, grilled tomatoes and a chunky slab of our homemade bread.

Breakfast potatoes, sautéed Portuguese chourico sausage topped with a poached egg, avocado and a chopped tomato/red onion salsa.

Three Egg Omelet with farmhouse cheddar, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.

Crushed Avocado mixed with olive oil, lemon juice served over a chunky slab of our toast bread and topped with a poached egg.

French Toast made with our own homemade raisin and cinnamon toast topped with grilled banana and maple syrup.

Home cured and smoked Scottish salmon served with onions, lemon, goat’s cheese and toast or toasted Bagel.

A light continental breakfast is served in the main house between 6.30am and 8.30am.

LUNCH

Devils Isle Kale Caesar Salad 
Chopped kale, spinach, aged parmesan, croutons & smoky bacon Caesar vinaigrette.

The Harvest Bowl
Kale, greens, sprouts, beets, carrots, green onions, fennel, Napa cabbage, dill, flaxseed & cashews over warm rice. 
CHOOSE your sauce: thai almond coconut curry – or – butternut squash with roasted garlic – or – tomato with fresh herbs and olives

Roasted Chicken – sauteed pancetta, kale & havarti cheese

Slow Roasted Pulled Beef – red beets & aged English farmhouse cheddar
